My philosophy is that if you're realistic about where you are, GROWTH will meet you there. For all things, GROWTH is mandatory. Within the 5 years of public speaking, my message remains the same in that there is life altering power in the mindset of knowing what you are capable of! Motivation is temporary... and it is not enough to invoke actionable commitment. So, when I speak, my influence should leave my audience feeling equipped with a refreshed mindset and empowered by what they can realistically change through GROWTH.
